Safety and comfort
To make sure your journey is legal, validate your ticket each time you board the bus, and keep it in good condition throughout your journey. If you fail to validate your ticket, the ticket inspector will ask you to leave the bus.
Surveillance cameras are deployed on the buses to ensure a safe journey.

Courtesy seats are red in color and must be given in order of priority to those who need them most: the blind, civilians, work-disabled people, disabled people with difficulty standing, pregnant women, people with children under 4 years of age, people over 75 years of age.
Wheelchair-accessible buses are identified by a visible sign on the outside of the bus.
Wheelchair users have access via the rear door, via the accessibility platform, subject to validation of a ticket.
A dedicated wheelchair space is marked on board. Wheelchair users will use this space for their own safety and that of other passengers. A call button signals the driver to deploy the platform at the next accessible stop.
Wheelchair users must place their wheelchairs with their backs to the road, with the backrest resting on the backrest, brakes applied or electric wheelchair switched off.
The accessibility platform can also be deployed for other users such as walkers and baby carriages (subject to the driver’s agreement).
Only one unfolded stroller is allowed on the bus.
Unfolded strollers can be accessed through the rear door, via the accessibility platform, subject to the driver’s agreement and validation of the ticket.
Unfolded strollers must park with the brakes on, in the space reserved for wheelchair users. If necessary, they must be given their place.
Children in strollers must be strapped in.
Riders must respect the peace and quiet of everyone, at stops and in vehicles.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke or vaporize on board the bus, or to eat or drink alcoholic or sweetened beverages during your journey.
Persons under the influence of alcohol are not allowed in the vehicles.
Please use a moderate volume on the bus so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable journey (music, video, conversations…).
Passengers agree to be courteous inside the bus and to dress appropriately.
Before boarding, passengers waiting at a bus stop must give the driver a clear signal.
Respect safe distances: move away when the bus comes to a stop. Wait until the bus has come to a complete stop before boarding. Avoid standing in the driver’s blind spot near buses.
Users agree not to leave any waste behind.
It is strictly forbidden to tag, draw, write on or otherwise damage the bus’s equipment.
Proper attire is required for travel on our routes. Otherwise you may be refused boarding. Boarding is only possible from the front of the vehicle.
Get off the bus at the rear door. If you need to cross the lane, use the nearby crosswalk and wait until the bus has left to see if the lane is clear before crossing.
It is strictly forbidden to board the bus with any animal species.
Only guide or assistance dogs in service or in training are allowed to board the bus.
At the driver’s request, the person accompanying the guide dog must be able to show proof of identity, depending on the situation.
Movement inside the bus must never be impeded.
For buses adapted for standing passengers, each standing person must ensure his or her balance by holding onto a support or handle.
It is strictly forbidden to carry bulky or dangerous objects (suitcases, medium or large coolers, bicycles, gas cylinders, flammable products, weapons, harpoons, etc.) on regular buses. It is up to the driver to decide whether or not the object is accepted on board the bus.

Validate your ticket each time you board, and keep your receipt in good condition for the duration of your journey.
Your receipt may be requested at a checkpoint; if it is not validated, you are in breach of the law.
To make it easier for everyone to get on, payment of more than 50 coins in a single payment may be refused.
